Aerial Yoga (Low Aerial, Level 1, Level 2, Aerial Dance, Single Hook Aerial Dance): Fly, stretch, and build strength with the support of silk hammocks. For Beginners, we recommend starting out with Low Aerial or Aerial Level 1 classes
Aerial Hoop (All Levels): also known as Lyra, poses or spins, and acrobatic movements will be completed on a circular feel apparatus suspended from the ceiling
Vinyasa Yoga (Intermediate to advanced but can also be beginner friendly) A dynamic, breath-connected flow that combines balance, flexibility, and strength. Modifications offered for all levels.
Hatha & Alignment-Based Yoga (Beginner-Friendly): Slower-paced classes that emphasize form, posture, and mindful transitions, ideal for building a solid foundation.
Deep Stretching (All Levels) Dynamic movements that stretches your muscles and joints through a full range of motion.
Barre (All Levels) A low-impact, high-burn workout that combines Pilates, ballet, and strength training. Expect shaking legs and a strong core!
Mat Pilates (All Levels) Focus on alignment, core strength, and functional movement. Great for posture, injury prevention, and overall body awareness.
